Steps to Connect Coinbase API to Koinly

Step 1: Log In to Koinly

  • Log into your Koinly account on your computer.

  • Go to your Account Dashboard and select Wallets.

Step 2: Select Add Wallet/Exchange

  • In the Wallets screen, select Add Wallet/Exchange.

  • A new window will open up with all the wallets and exchanges listed.

Step 3: Search for Coinbase

  • Use the search bar to find Coinbase.

  • Click on the Coinbase API (manual) from the list and then select Setup Auto-Sync.

Step 4: Add API Key from Coinbase

Now, to add your API key from Coinbase, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Coinbase account on your browser.

  2. Select your profile icon in the top right corner.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

  4. Under Settings, find and click on API.

  5. Choose Create & Manage API Keys to access the Coinbase Developer Platform.

  6. Create a nickname for your API key (e.g., "Koinly Integration").

  7. Select Create and download your API key details.

  8. Save your key details somewhere secure.

  9. Copy your API Key and API Secret and enter them into the fields provided in Koinly.
